We couldn’t have asked for better weather—just warm enough to enjoy the outdoors, with a gentle breeze keeping everyone comfortable.
The smell of grilling burgers and hot dogs soon mingled with the fresh scent of the park, drawing everyone toward the grill. Our talented grill masters kept the flames steady, ensuring that no one left with an empty stomach. Whether it was a classic cheeseburger or a non-beef option, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The laughter and chatter around the picnic tables were as warm as the Spring day, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie that’s hard to beat.
Of course, what’s a picnic without some friendly competition? Cornhole boards were set up, and the sound of beanbags hitting the boards became a constant rhythm as teams squared off. A few brave souls even tried their hand at Twister, leading to plenty of laughs and some surprisingly agile moves! The games brought out the playful side in everyone, and it was clear that whether winning or losing, the smiles never faded.
One of the highlights of the day was the surprise from our friends at Pura Vida. Each attendee received a colorful bracelet and sticker, adding a special touch to the event. The bracelets were an instant hit, with people admiring the designs and swapping colors to match their outfits. It was a small but meaningful way to bring everyone together, a token of appreciation that we’ll carry with us beyond this day.
