Direct impact on Waterfowl
Ducks Unlimited at Penn State is dedicated to ensuring the longevity of local waterfowl populations by building duck boxes and cleaning up local bodies of water, which provide a safe and desirable environment for nesting. We are passionate about conservation and take pride in knowing that our efforts have a direct impact on the local environment. Our team of volunteers also takes part in banding ducks for further research and conservation efforts.
Fundraising
Our mission is to bring together members who share our values and passion for the outdoors and work together to conserve our natural resources. We offer a variety of cool events that embody the spirit of conservation, including our popular annual banquet and raffles, designed to raise awareness, money, and support for our cause. Education
At Ducks Unlimited at Penn State, we are dedicated to promoting the conservation of our wildlife and their habitats. We organize events featuring guest speakers and expert wildlife biologists. Our engaging field trips to various wildlife areas give us an opportunity to observe and learn about different species in their natural habitats. We are passionate about what we do, and we welcome everyone who shares our commitment to the environment.
